Help with voice-follow reading, browser recording, scripts, and recognition languages.
Voice Follow does not move correctly
Confirm that the script's recognition language matches the language you are speaking. Then allow microphone and speech-recognition access when prompted. English and other Latin-script languages advance by complete words rather than incomplete letters.
The browser did not request permission
Open the permission control beside the browser address bar and allow the microphone, or both camera and microphone for video. Reload the app after changing a blocked permission.
A recording did not save
Keep the PrompterOne tab open until recording stops and the download starts. Check that your browser allows downloads from prompterone.app and that the device has available storage.
Contact support
Include the app version, device, browser or operating-system version, and exact reproduction steps. Do not include private scripts, recordings, passwords, or access tokens.
